SHD1900-1100/3000 Quick Response Hydraulic Dynamometer
Introduction
SHD hydraulic dynamometer drives the rotor synchronously through the coupling and agitates the water in the working chamber.
Resulting from the rotor rotating centrifugal force, and the role of rotor pits, water between the side of the shell produce strong water vortex, it produces rotational torque. The torque of the engine is transferred from the rotor to the housing, the power arm mounted on the housing will follow the rotation angle.
The size of braking torque is displayed by electronic digital display device.
Dynamometer through the electric drain valve control butterfly valve opening, or through the automatic regulating device to control the drain actuator, by the drain actuator control butterfly valve opening, to change the dynamometer working chamber water pressure size to change the size of the absorbed power. The braking torque is then transmitted to the pressure sensor connected with the brake arm. The size of braking torque is displayed by electronic digital display device.
The dynamometer controls the opening of the butterfly valve through the electric drain valve, or through the automatic regulating device to control the drainage actuator. The opening of the butterfly valve is controlled by the drain actuator. The absorbed power can be changed by the pressure of water in the working chamber of dyno. At the same time, the speed of dynamometer can be measured by speed sensor, displayed it on an electronic display device. Since it is a pressure-controlled hydraulic dyno, and by changing the opening of the butterfly valve to adjust the pressure of the working chamber. The whole process must be an automatic closed-loop control system. Therefore, the pressure dynamometer must be equipped with an electric control cabinet with automatic control function.
SHD series hydraulic dynamometer has 12 specifications, which are controlled by electric drainage butterfly valve. Braking power range from 20kW to 5900kW.The product can be used to test the effective power of various diesel engines, gasoline engines, motors and other power machines.
